My name is Nic Finn, and I’m an InfoSec enthusiast/aspiring-expert!
I made this blog to showcase skills and help others by seeing my thought-process in tackling Cyber Security challenges. With this blog, I’ll be sharing my work on a number of CTF/TryHackMe challenges, as well as real-world examples.
Since 2015, I have served as a Special Agent running felony criminal cases for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. In 2018, I became a Cyber Case Agent, focused on counter-intelligence and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
I’ve been awarded GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, and GPEN, and I am an active member of the SANS Advisory Board!
I’m also excited to announce that I will be starting my civilian career as a Team Lead for Sophos’ Managed Threat Response! This is an exciting opportunity and I can’t wait to learn from and contribute this awesome team!
